2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical data (including IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server log files in order to deliver the website reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since Vercel may also use servers outside the EU, we base the data transfer on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details in Vercel’s privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3. Fonts

We use Google fonts (Fraunces, Inter, IBM Plex Mono). These are downloaded automatically when the website is built and delivered locally from our own server – no connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google.

4. Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The message is delivered to our mailbox by email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual enquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). Your data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Review form

On the page “Babysitting & sports coaching” customers can voluntarily submit a review (name, star rating, optional comment). It is first stored non-publicly and only published after manual review. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can request deletion of your review at any time, informally.

6. Content management (Sanity)

We maintain the content of this website via the content management system Sanity (Sanity.io). Sanity itself does not process any data of our website visitors – the system is used exclusively by us for editing.

7. Cookies & analytics tools

This website currently does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any external tracking services.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data and to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of this data. You also have a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority at any time.
